Community Engagement Coordinator
Lindsay Kremers
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education from SUNY Brockport. She has been working in tobacco control with American Lung Assocation for just about 3 years. Prior to working in tobacco control, Lindsay had the privilege of working for other non-profits in Rochester, NY. When she is not working, you will find Lindsay working out, hanging out with her dog or trying new coffee shops around Rochester with her husband.
Reality Check Coordinator
Lindsey Greene
Lindsey is our newest addition to the team! She holds a BS in Biomedical Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology, where her passion for lung health was sparked. With a wealth of experience working with youth and a background in community education, she's thrilled to spearhead our Reality Check program. Outside of work, you'll find Lindsey indulging in her love for travel, often returning to her hometown of Ithaca and exploring local restaurants with her fiancé.

Hannah Lee, MPH, CHES
Hannah received her BS in Public Health and Health Education from SUNY Brockport and her MPH from the University of Rochester. She has been with the program for almost four years, being hired immediately after completing her undergraduate studies. She has a passion for tobacco control that stems from the impact of tobacco-related illnesses in her own family. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her horses, and her 3 dogs.
